Our experience with the Community Media Center was extremely beneficial to the Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan. We were able to utilize several facets that are offered at the CMC and feel that these were instrumental in educating the community about mental illness. We never realized the impact the CMC has in our community until we were receiving phone calls daily from viewers. Our community is extremely fortunate to have the CMC available to us.

It is indeed a very sad day. Drew Storey, CMC volunteer, former board member and most recently content facilitator staff for The Rapidian, passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 18th.
Drew was a quiet, but passionate supporter of community media and free speech. He was also one of the first to volunteer his time and talents to the design and launch of The Rapidian; CMC's citizen journalism experiment.
