Wealthy Theatre would have be nothing without the heroic actions of the South East Economic Development (SEED) organization. Literally: the SEED organizers saved the theatre from the wrecking ball. What would the property be now, if the theatre had been demolished? A Wal-Mart? Shudder to think. The site not only helps communicate their organization and their great work with students from Detroit, it also helps streamline their work.
