Casey is an award winning singer/songwriter from Grand Rapids, MI. Casey recently released his 12th solo CD entitled "Memories and Photographs".  After graduating from Interlochen Arts Academy in 1994 Casey moved to LA where he recorded 3 albums before moving to Chicago,and ultimately New York. There he landed a recording contract with Sony Music Entertainment. At the end of 2004 Casey left Sony and started his own record label, Sleeping Pill Music, and has spent the last 5 years writing, recording, and producing his own music.

Nostalgia is a word that comes to mind when listening to Casey Stratton's 12th studio album, "Memories and Photographs." Listeners can hear Casey ruminating on things past, contemplating the present, and wondering what the future holds. Fan favorites like "What If?", "The Most Human Thing" and "Shut You Down" are sure to please, while Casey forges some new musical territory with tracks like "Slow Motion" and "Broken Sky." Casey's signature vocals and piano lines are present as always, and once again Casey has performed, recorded and mixed the album completely on his own in his Michigan home studio. What he ends up with is a new collection of tracks that will surely become a soundtrack for one's own memories.
