Show module: Music Serving the Community

Length: Between 2-3 minutes

Objectives:

• To announce upcoming events in the Grand Rapids area involving music positively shaping the community.
• To raise awareness about how music in the Grand Rapids area can serve the community by inspiring, sharing, and possibly changing.

Content:

Each submission should contain the following, but is not limited to:

• Brief introduction of the person making the announcement (name, occupation, and how you’re involved with the event, or why you’re interested).
• A description of what the event is, what organization is holding or sponsoring it
• What music (artists/bands) will be featured at the event.
• When and where the event will be held.
